While guaranteed income advocates push to extend pilot programs to permanent government-sponsored cash assistance, one recipient spoke with Fox News Digital about the benefits of the policy.
Austin, Texas native Taniquewa Brewster was financially supported by the city’s guaranteed income program during a critical transition period in her life as she juggled parenthood, long work hours and hoped to finish certification programs.
"It helped me start out — it gave me time to take care of things that I needed to take care of. It's hard when you're working 40 hours a week, and you have five children," Brewster told Fox News Digital. "I have five kids, and I am trying to make time to do other things, fighting for these basic human rights. I didn't have a car at the time. I was using my sister's car. She was making sure that I got from point A to point B, doctor's appointments, helping, looking out, taking care of my children."

I think I see the problem. No baby daddies in the mix.
talk about condemning yourself with your own words
Lyndon Baines Johnson’s war on poverty..... Trillions later.....
And I infer that her basic rights seems to be her having her own car and other items she wants us to pay for.
Agreed. And the govt pays her to keep making more babies out of wedlock.
LBJ, one of Satan’s aliases...
Hey, Taniquewa Brewster, if you don't understand diaphrams. pills, condoms or where babies come from - CLOSE YOUR LEGS!
It is not the government’s job to save you from your bad decisions and lack of responsibility.
Having 5 children is not an accident. That is for her family and groups like Church to solve, not grifting off taxpayer dollars forcing others to subsidize your failures.
Just another form of weaponized compassion. Tax dollars are not an alternate form of charity, school is free, go to clothing and food shelters for your children, they can wear secondhand clothes to school etc...
You screwed up five times at least.
You failed to pick a partner with sufficient relationship and earning skills (or you lack relationship skills yourself).
“I have five kids...”
Maybe Taniquewa should have kept a nickel between her knees.
I guess I'm just a stupid pay your own way, if you can't afford it, save until you can or don't get it kinda guy.
Dreams of what? Endless buffet?

The real problem, beyond popping out five little bastards, that will probably be way under-parented, and become little 14-year-old 304’s amd the boys druggies, - the real problem is that whatever “certification” she gets, will be a “participation trophy”, and she will hold some job, hopefully not in the government, where she will be way over her head and unqualified for. My bet is that this simian will never contribute anything positive to our country, and her existence will leech off everybody else, even unto the third generation.
Only a month until tax day. Pay your taxes chumps. Fat useless breeders like this depend on us to fund her weaves, nails, and rutting.
Along with her free medical care, free housing vouchers, free utilities, free education (sure) and every other welfare program this pig consumes, now she gets free no strings attached cash. “Certification program?” She has never and will never contribute anything useful to society and has guaranteed generations of offspring just like her.

LBJ was an Evil Moron. Fighting Communism a half world away while instituting it at home.
Asstown, figures. Doubt the program has any whites on the roles.
