I remember back in 2002 he was promoted on Free Republic as a conservative. And for the first couple years as a Senator he voted/acted conservative. But then he started going downhill. By 2010, he was basically a butler for Harry Reid. He deliberately let the Dems win the 2010 Senate majority. Remember him strongly supporting Arlen Specter and Charlie Crist, even as they left the party?
The nut-job that beat Crockett is a far-Left Lefty Left. Paxton will eat him for lunch. I have no idea why people think only Cornyn can defeat him. Talarico has checked every box for the woke generation. I don’t see Talarico winning IN TEXAS against either Republican

If this guy was talking more like Fetterman instead of Tampon Timmy, then there might be argument for not wanting to see a hard fought run-off, but that is not the case.

If Texans cannot see that, then they deserve to whatever he brings to the table.
