On Wednesday, aerospace giant Boeing announced it will return its Defense, Space & Security headquarters to St. Louis following almost a decade in Virginia.
The move comes only weeks after radical Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger (D) took office.
Steve Parker, Boeing Defense, Space & Security CEO, said in a statement, “It’s important for leaders to be side-by-side with our teammates, listening to their feedback and acting to remove obstacles as we continue to stabilize and strengthen our business.”

Well there goes Missouri.
They’re going to offer relocation packages. Those voters relocating are not trying to “escape” the radical problems of Virginia. So they will keep voting insanity when they arrive in Missouri.
These corporations are a huge part of the problem.
Several companies just moved to Virginia over the past couple of years from Bluer states. Now that Virginia is turning deep Blue, they are going to have to move again.
Come to Alabama baby! Roll Tide!
And now it looks like The Chicago Bears to Indiana is a done deal.
heads up
mo spanberger
This is a very satisfying development. The left may fool people or may steal an election but their chickens do come home to roost, sometimes even more quickly than expected.
POTUS has been leaning on Boeing to do a better job of QC, speed up their process and delivery. This move may be a step towards a Boeing renaissance.
Worked with (not for) Boeing for several years after they bought out McDonnell Douglass in St Louis during the F-18 years and their Harpoon, SLAM and SLAM-ER programs. The team I worked with were awesome people. Glad to see the headquarters move back.
Come to Iowa/Nebraska!
A governor so bad she chases a beltway bandit out of the beltway. That’s like a smell so bad that it will drive a buzzard off a carcass.
Washington, Jefferson, Madison, Henry (19th Amendment), Spanberger...ye gads, Virginia.
In the words of Redd Foxx
She a big dummie!
Boy, what a shocker (not).
That’s costly. I know while I worked for PacBel and SBC bought us, the CEO, Ed Whitacre has a major disagreement with Gavin Newsom when he was mayor of SF and out HQ was there, Ed closed it, moved all operations to San Ramon and took a billion out of the SF economy. SF never recovered from that.
So very glad we did not move there, as we would be moving out as fast as we could relocate to a 'redder' state.
And now it looks like The Chicago Bears to Indiana is a done deal.“
Not a lock, there is still a chance they could go to a Chicago suburb.
GREAT!
Huntsville! Defense City!
I’m hearing it will be in Hammond, Indiana, which frankly is probably closer to Chicago, than say, Arlington is from Dallas.
Bust the commie mess down to Cuba-level.
You can't fix stupid but you can beat it down.
