The bill, sponsored by several Democratic lawmakers, including Sens. Debbie O'Malley and Heather Berghmans, both of Albuquerque, would also ban the sale or possession of certain "military-grade weapons," including machine guns and gas-operated semiautomatic firearms. Maybe an expert can help me here, does this mean all gas-operated semiautos?
Would this include M1 Garands from WW2 and I think a large number of rifles that are not mil rifles?
All ARs?
