Except it isn't, as the first clip makes clear. Western countries now have two governments. The two diverge and converge at times depending on whom the voters select for the elected government, kind of like a drunk with double vision. When you get someone like Biden elected, the two governments converge; with Trump there is divergence.
But while the elected government changes, the unelected government where the real power is mostly held (as this article shows) is much more stable, and much more radical in its beliefs. It has many names. The Deep State. The Managerial Elite. The Swamp. Bureaucracy. The Self-Anointed. But whatever you call it, this is the uniparty that has institutional control and is inimical to representative government, holding itself to be superior to the masses. In the United States the Democratic Party typically backs it and covers for it, but whether Democrats are in or out of power, the power of the institutional elites has held firm. Drain the swamp needs to be more than just a campaign slogan if we are ever to regain constitutional government.
Exactly, but racial, religious, and class division based on fear always benefits the far left, even though it is extremely costly to individuals, families and local communities.
