High speed rail along California's populated coastal corridor is a really good idea, in my opinion.

But I won't argue that point at this time because it has no bearing on anything going on right now.

This current alleged project is a pretext for graft.
Not a real construction project that happens to harbor some graft.
It's 100% graft with no intention of completing anything.

Completing the project would mean an end to the graft.
