The twisted relationship between non-profits, NGOs and government funding is a massive scandal. It needs to be investigated and stopped.

The purpose of NGOs is to fund what the government can not legally fund. These NGOs are mostly left wing political organizations parading under the flag of humanitarianism. They are not.
