Hope you had a good day. I just checked your weather report, and it said there was sleet expected there during the next hour. 🥶😱 Not what you’ve been wanting!

It was pretty chillly here, but nothing like that. I guess it got up to about 44. 37 right now. As cold as I want it to get!

Pretty much the same here. It squeaked up to 44 for a bit this afternoon before backing down again. It’s 40 at the moment.
Not sure what weather report you saw but there won’t be sleet here. It’s too warm. It’s still staying north and the rain has almost all passed now. Whew!

Yesterday at Chisolm Trail Park:

I took quite a few pictures out there yesterday. He really enjoyed himself out there. Those were just the best pics I had. He rolled over in a number of places. It was cold out there too. I had several layers of warm clothing on out there.

It does look like Gizmo had a good time at Chisolm Trail Park yesterday, even though it was cold.
Bet both of you were glad to get back home to some warmth again.

Yep, we did get back to the house to warm up afterwards. I got the wall heater turned up a notch this morning. It is supposed to warm up a little today so it should be more bearable.

Bet it felt real good to get back in the warmth. I hope it IS a little warmer when you and Giz head out later today.

It’s down to 34 right now. But, never fear, it’ll be in the 60s by tomorrow afternoon. Pretty much the same all next week while we’re out of pocket.

Sorry this took so long. I laid down to warm up and poof....it was nearly 3am. LOL! I’m going to finish the show I started before and go back and sleep some more. Not sure what brought this on, but I’m not going to fight it. See ya tomorrow.

Glad the sleet missed you. The title on the weather “gidget” says Estill Springs, but who knows where it actually is. LOL!

BRRRRR Mighty brisk there tonight. I reckon the kitties are are holed up. I hope Dottie was able to claim the new kitty house you bought so she has somewhere warm.
At east tomorrow will be warmer. I’d love to have 60s. We have primarily 40s the next 10 days with a couple of 50s here and there. Saturday the 13th, the high will barely break freezing and that’s Wreaths Across America day. I dread that.

We weren’t under the gun for sleet here. It would have taken an unexpected deeper dive of the cold air, which does happen sometimes but didn’t tonight. Whew! Just light rain all night but it’s gone now.

Those weather gidgets are never right. I go with the local weather and my thermometer outside.
