EU/American sanctions are to blame for western company asset sales in Russia, the Russians weren't forcing them to leave.
The Daimlier plant outside Moscow is a good example: it suspended operations in 2022 after sanctions related supply chain issues, got sold to Russian manufacturer Avtodom in 2024, and is now making autos for Chinese carmaker Chery under a new licensing agreement. Daimlier even has the option to buy the plant back (at market prices) for six years.
Note he writes "born in Brooklyn," yet the French screen name and tagline.
Then changes the subject and rattles on about internationalism and Trump's "cowardice" for not being enough of a globalist scab.

Indeed, and once upon a time Vladimir Putin dreamed of easily conquering Ukraine thinking that Russia could simply intimidate the Ukrainians into surrendering.
Now here we are almost four years later and Russia has been bled white. Thousands of irreplaceable tanks lay ruined, thousands more armored vehicles are scrap. His army is reduced to using civilian vehicles for improvised maneuvers.
His Achilles Heel is his energy infrastructure and the Ukrainians are systematically destroying it with every passing day.
Moscow is now ringed by the most massive collection of anti-aircraft artillery since World War Two and still Ukrainian drones hit targets in Moscow.
Putin’s dreams may have been nice but now they are become nightmares.

Putin is naot making dramatic victories in Ukrain but he has caused an inestimable amount of death and destruction. Furthermore, Russia has a reputation of not quitting regardless of losses. Do the Europeans really want to FAFO and have a heaping helping of that?
