Trump only has 3 more years. Many of these lawyers in black robes have lifetime appointments.

And that is one thing I hope changes in the future (like next year) that a bunch of these cowardly activists in black robes are “dis-robed”....;)

There’s a lot of money involved in opposing Trump.
The 220 aren’t doing this for free.
There’s a huge amount of money involved in trying to destroy Trump because he won’t let the devil erase America.

I totally agree......pray, pray and pray some more that President Trump will be successful and those who are standing in the way will be reckoned with! I thank God that President Trump is the kind to stand up to this behavior instead of wilting away in a corner.....

The only quick fix for our judiciary is for Congress to dissolve the lower courts one by one, which is within their power, and reconstitute them with constitutionalist judges. That will only happen if we get rid of the filibuster. The only other legal way to remove them is by individually impeaching and convicting them, which would require two thirds of the Senate.

IMO, this and federal legislation on election integrity are the two most persuasive arguments for removing the filibuster and should be a main focus of messaging on the topic.

So let me get this straight, Biden and the Dems can break all the laws they want to get as many illegals in as fast as they can get them here and we have to follow the law as we try to get rid of them?

Yup, you got that about right; couldn’t have said it better myself. Now we get to see if Trump has the balz to buck the Chamber of Commerce. He needs to go “lincoln” on them.

We voted for Trump.
Did not vote for those alleged ‘judges”.
US is a dictatorship via “judge”.
Witness Prop 187 in CA years ago.
One “judge” > the citizens.
That is NOT democracy, that is tyranny.

The Fifth Amendment’s Due Process Clause applies to all persons within the United States, including aliens, regardless of lawful, unlawful, temporary, or permanent presence. Aliens physically present in the U.S. are therefore generally entitled to due process protections in removal proceedings, including a hearing and meaningful opportunity to be heard. The Supreme Court has held that the scope of due process owed to an alien may vary based on status and circumstances, particularly whether the alien was lawfully admitted or has developed substantial connections to the country.Key rulings:

So...an invading army enters and the US President can’t deport them says a “judge”? Right.
Founders did not anticipate an entire political party would be traitors and domestic terrorists....defended by “judges”.
