I have a friend who was an Air Force MP. He got out of Mogadishu about a month before the "Black Hawk Down" incident.
He said it was the scariest place he'd ever been.

Agreed. Throughout Africa all the cultures and tribes are easily identifiable. They look like a CGI creature performed by Andy Sirkis.
