New York is a lost cause. A jury in Suffolk County last week redistributed $112 million in state taxpayer wealth to a band of illegal aliens because they were mildly inconvenienced by local cops. The Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office didn’t do anything unusual. Deputies routinely pick up hooligans for various offenses against public order. If U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials notice an illegal alien’s name on the arrestee list, they will dispatch a “detainer” request to the locals. When that happens, Suffolk will hold the perps for no more than 48 hours before transferring them into the custody of federal agents. This happened about 650 times within four years.

That’s what these leeches are here for. Free money.
Well, nothing like this would EVER happen in the sh!thole countries that they crawled out from. Why wouldn’t you take a chance and sneak in?
Now we’ve got six Party of Death DemonRATS, the Slutkan/Kelly Seditionist gang, has released an ad advising the south of the border drug cartels not to worry because they have their backs. Treasonous bass turds.
Makes me want to cheat on my taxes.

The same applies to the hordes of illegals swarming into the UK.
Risk = 1%
Reward = 99%
It’s a no-brainer. Just do it.
New York is running out of other people’s money. What then?
Class action, right? Not sure what the gravamen of the complaint actually is, by attorneys appear to be claiming that detainers of illegal aliens by non-federal authorities at the request of the feds are unconstitutional.
This has got to be wrong.
The leaders will request a meeting with the president to beg for more $$$ debt from the rest of the country.
As comedian Yakov Smirnoff used to say, “What a country!!!”
U.S. District Judge William F. Kuntz II and the jury in Suffolk County have given aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States.
It gets worse...
Hubby and I haven’t received a jury summons un years.
Nor since I bame a Trump donor.
We’re both way overdue to at least get a jury summons.
I’ve asked around and we’re not alone.
I’ve been wondering if Trump donors, suspected conservatives, are being weeded out of jury pools in NYS.
Inquiring minds want to know.
New York is running out of other people’s money. What then?

move on to the newsom cali model: start some fires & request a fed bailout
I’ve lived in the same city for 40+ years, neither my wife or myself have ever been called for jury duty .
I do know two people that served on the juries for the Beltway Snipers, one served on the trial for Muhammad , the other served on the jury for Malvo.
The woman that served on the jury for Muhammad was a former coworker of mine. She was reluctant to talk about it. I believe it rattled her .
The other person was a guy I knew through work , he was a used car buyer for an Auto Group , I was in between jobs and had tried my hand at auto sales, I sucked, lol. Some people asked him why Malvo didn’t get the death penalty . He said the jury was split. At any rate ,subsequent USSC rulings have banned the death penalty for minors.
New York ... refuge for intellectual morons
The local jurisdiction should force an appeal of the case, with an injunction against any payment to anyone while the case is under appeal.
DO. NOT. PAY.
This is the state of New York, the socialist one. I wonder how they are going to get rid of criminal laws. Are they going to make a special meeting of the legislature to make new laws to get rid of the laws that protect the citizens or do like they do in California and just ignore them?
This is the answer as to how to cut back on the police force: no laws, no need for them. And mental health providers will profit from the left overs. But there is one thing that I still can’t figure. If they try to determine the tradeoff of cost, a cop is paid a whole lot less than a therapist.

Lawyers will get most of it and start on the next gross injustice.
