Stick to your guns, girl!
Amen Tulsi.
Wishful thinking from Gabbard, but I hope I’m wrong.
I do, too.
I do three
Regime change is South America in the 50’s and 60’s was rather simple. The CIA would simply orchestrate the whacking of an undesirable dictator and it would be done and over. Very little money was spent and no US soldiers would die.
Its over for the next two years.
After that, its no guarantee.
That is what we vote for...
Gabbard just slapped Jorge Bush up side the head.
One good bullet if anyone in his coterie has the balls, then sanity will return.
You mean Jeb! won’t be President?
Agree.
It won’t be regime change. Maduro has nothing without his drug money life line.
Once sufficient shit is scared out of him, he will go running to Putie to pick him up. Maduro has been on his hind legs begging Putin for a week now.
Once he’s out of the picture, Maria Machado will probably be elected fair and square…..even though she’d like things to move a little more quickly:

Maduro is a drug terrorist dictator.
Trump is messing with many heads…Maduro and Putin are just two of them.
Tulsi, does that mean Greenland is off the hook?
In certain situations regime change can be a good thing for the native people of a nation and in the U.S. national interest. But it’s a slippery slope. There are few people I would trust to wield that power wisely. I believe President Trump has his compass set properly and for now, I trust his judgement. He has a rare opportunity to make the world safer which may involve removing Maduro from power or helping the Christians in Nigeria live more securely, and he has the political capital to do so.
The problem and concern for me is what comes after Trump. Do successors who aren’t as committed to Trump’s ideals use his example to pursue adventurism for its own sake? We are living in an uncertain time in history with great potential upside but also great risks if we’re not careful.
Completely agree.
It won’t be regime change. Maduro has nothing without his drug money life line.
Agree, however I don't believe anyone will take Maduro.
Generally speaking, Maria Machado is honest and legitimate.
She will need moral and trade support.
She's absolutely right. Since its inception across the globe, the CIA's unfettered involvement in coups and election interference, mostly created more problems than they solved. And they spent untold billions of dollars because the CIA had it's own private fund to do what they wanted. In many cases, they lied to the Presidents they were serving about what they were doing, and especially when their operations ended in failure, which they often did.
(Snicker)
We are lucky to have him this long, gain what we can, while we can, try to repeat.
