Police said the group, which increased in size "to several hundred juveniles" at about 8 p.m., was initially peaceful. But later, many of the juveniles in the group started fighting and disrupting traffic. The situation was reportedly brought under control at about 11 p.m.It reached critical mass and detonated. And I know it was not the Amish.
