Massie’s allegiance is to the US Constitution Not the GOP
That said, he votes 90% of the time with them and is a member in good standing and has been for many years (and decades)
I hate to use this term but his critics are being wicked and unkind that includes the VP Who should know better and should apologize for this nonsense because it is Trump’s personal “beef” (Argentinean or otherwise !) that is the issue and it goes back to COVID bill which Massie opposed passing in an empty chamber via voice vote.
