What I did not see in the article was whether the accused was in jail awaiting trial, or out on bail (cash or cashless). If one of the charges was first degree murder, you’d think they should all be sitting in jail.

Good TV go by happened in the Miami Vice early episode wherein they arrested the Columbian Cordeleone and he fled after posting a 2 million cash bond. No bail, no problem
