As tens of millions of Americans continue to mourn the horrific assassination of Turning Point USA co-founder Charlie Kirk, while also celebrating his life and mission, several conservative groups are urging the FBI to create a new category of "domestic violent extremists" who practice the "potentially unlawful use or threat of force or violence, including incitement of unlawful violence."
Kirk's alleged killer, Tyler Robinson, was described by his parents as having lurched to the left over the last year, while also becoming more radically obsessed with the rights of self-described "trans" people. Robinson was reported to be in a relationship with a young man who was in the process of "transitioning" to a woman at the time of Kirk's assassination.
As reported by Just the News, the Heritage Foundation and its spun-off Oversight Project explained in a four-page memo their proposal to create a new "Transgender Ideology-Inspired Violence and Extremism":

Oversight Project President Mike Howell told Just the News that the proposed addition of the new anti-trans-violence plan can be implemented immediately by the FBI from its blueprint, without congressional action, while emphasizing that TIVE is "not a designation of transgenders per se," and does not single out people who "identify as transgender, or support LGBT causes or transgenderism" and simply use "offensive and hateful speech," as long as they remain non-violent.
However, Howell added that transgender and Islamic terrorist ideology share some elements:

When asked if parents of gender-confused children could be classified under a TIVE designation, Howell told the outlet that those who promote the TIVE worldview and encourage "eliminationist rhetoric" among vulnerable young people are "adding fuel to the fire."

Oversight Project also produced a "more contextual" eight-page memo, shared exclusively with Just the News.
As I wrote in a September 17 article, extreme violence — including mass shootings — appears to be a more viable option to a growing number of radicals and their causes, as a way to "settle a score" — whether that score is real, imagined, or delusional. Many are now arguing that radicalized "trans" individuals, or activists who support the cause, "by any means necessary," increasingly fall into this category.
When asked whether the "domestic terrorist" designation would mean the FBI going undercover on platforms like Discord, Steam, Twitch, and Reddit — the CEOs of which House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY) has summoned to a hearing on “radicalization of online forum users” —Howell told the outlet “probably yes,” although he cautioned against narrowing investigative targets.
America is at a tipping point, gang, meaning we're at a point where we can't stay where we are; we must get better, or we will get worse. Given the rapidly declining sense of decency and morality on the rabid left, you can take that to the bank.
My first thought is this doesn’t sound like a good idea.
Instead, we should figure out the cause of the problem and then fix it.

Wondrous on how the FBI could track down Catholics who like the Latin mass, but have no abiity at all to find these crazed, violent trans genders who discuss their murderous plots on the web.
I think it’s far more appropriate to reclassify transgenderism (along with its other kin) as a mental illness (as it once was classified), then open the asylums and force these people into them so they can receive actual genuine care for their mental delusions.
It takes them off the street, so they aren’t a danger, and instead of putting them into prison, they’re actually receiving treatment for the root cause, which is a psychological issue.

I think the problem is taking people who are already psychologically vulnerable, affirming their distorted views of reality and then pumping them full of steroids all in an attempt to be “compassionate”. It’s suprising these things don’t happen more often.

If individuals commit crimes of violence, fine, arrest them and prosecute them, transgender or not. Condemning an entire class of people for the crimes of a few individuals is what communists and nazis do, not freedom loving Americans.
The only moral thing to do is send them all to Canada for euthanization.
Just admit there is no such thing as someone being transgender. Anyone who claims they are goes right into the loony bin for therapy instead of the hospital for reassignment.
