I saw it. Poor quality from great distance. It looked like his T-shirt puffed up at the sound of the shot, from sternum area up to collar. Sort of like a puff of air got under it. His head immediately came forward and video ended.

C'mon, if Charlie Kirk was going to be shot 90% it's a white person. If it was something else, it was one of those woke campus people who are effectively white. Black people don't shoot conservative activists.
