As others noted yesterday by others, the Courts exist neither to defend a President or other politician, nor to enable others. The Courts exist to defend and enable the Constitution and laws of the legislative branch.

Article II is the law. What should be done when a court repeatedly acts as though it holds Article II powers - when it usurps Article II powers?
