A little step here, a little step there and it all starts to add up to a better country.

New Jersey’s 2021 law blocking ICE from contracting with private companies unlawfully interfered with federal immigration enforcement, in violation of the U.S. Constitution's Supremacy Clause

Sounds like that might have broad applications

Stephanos Bibas was appointed by President Donald Trump. The judge who joined him in the majority opinion, Judge Cheryl Ann Krause, is an Obama appointee.

The stooge who voted for the illegals is Thomas L. Ambro, a senior moment stooge who was appointed by "Rapin' Bill" Clinton, patron of Epstein's Lolita Express and admirer of underage girls.

In the original case, which New Jersey appealed, burning through good NJ taxpayer dollars, even Biden appointee Robert Kirsch knew enough to rule against the New Jersey government scum who think that border jumpers are A-OK.

The rest of the story:

The ruling affirms a lower court’s decision in favor of CoreCivic and clears the way for the company to renew its contract to detain immigrants at the 300-person Elizabeth Detention Center.

The ruling could have national implications for other states such as California and Illinois, which have passed similar laws aimed at phasing out private immigration detention.
