Happily, THIS version of the EEOC won’t be rushing to appeal the verdict, though I have to note the terms ‘US District Judge”, “injunction”, and “2023” in this article: how much different is this case — fought against a law, not an executive action — than everything else Trump has faced this year, including the 2-year period of incubation in the courts required to reach this conclusion?
