During a revealing segment on Mark Halperin's show "2WAY Tonight," Senior Trump DOJ official Ed Martin dropped a political bombshell. Martin named names in the growing scandal surrounding President Joe Biden’s — or someone's — use of the autopen, the mechanical device used to sign official documents. According to Martin, the issue isn’t the use of the autopen itself, but who was really in charge of it while Biden’s cognitive state was in steep decline.

I believe it would be more accurate to state that Biden’s mental state was near rock bottom when these dudes were auto penning his name.

WASHINGTON — Outgoing White House chief of staff Ron Klain broke down in tears over and over again Wednesday while handing over power to his successor Jeff Zients — going so far as to praise President Biden as a role model for parenting and Vice President Kamala Harris as a great officemate.
“This is the best job I ever had,” the 61-year-old Klain blubbered as he began his remarks at an East Room transition celebration, forcing his 80-year-old boss to supportively rub his shoulder as he regained his composure.
In the moments when he wasn’t crying, Klain seemed to confirm that Biden is running for reelection in 2024 and acknowledge PR woes for Vice President Kamala Harris, who has received bad press as workers flee what’s been described as a “toxic” vice presidential office.
“It’s been an honor to be [Harris’] next-door neighbor in the West Wing these two years,” Klain said in a dry-eyed moment.

Yes, the issue is who was operating as the President.
The Constitution has a method of replacing the President if incapacitated. It also has a “chain of command” as to who takes the place of the President. Instead a group of people “illegally” assumed the duties and role of “the President.”
I am particularly concerned about and hope that the FBI will investigate the US Military. Around the President are a number of military. Some carry the nuclear code football. Others guard and escort the President on Air Force 1 and Marine 1. It is hard to believe that they saw nothing and reported nothing to their chain of command. I fully expect, if investigated, that some did report finding and “woke political Pentagon hacks” told them to stand down.
The Nuremberg trial line about “just following orders” did not work at the end of WW2 and should not work now.
One more connection which should not be overlooked— the Blackrock video advertisement at the school attended by the Butler, PA rooftop shooter (one of them anyway, Crooks).
Crooks is featured in two major scenes in the “we sponsor education” promo video for...Blackrock!!
They recruited the wannabe nearly assassin of DJT from their buddies who filmed this Blackstone promo. He’s on the video at least twice- Crooks.
