Electronic Counter Measures against drones are being updgraded continuously in Ukraine, though what the maxmium range and spectrum of ECM would be, I don’t know. I would assume they are also being deployed domestically, at least around military sites.

My understanding—which may be completely incorrect—is that Ukraine uses aggressive, real-time, and risk-tolerant drone countermeasures, while our domestic military bases are constrained by legal restrictions, peacetime rules of engagement, and bureaucratic caution.

Its illegal to deploy ECM measures on US soil even around military bases for the same reason its illegal to shoot them down.
