Let's consider another NY institution, the Yankees. Other than the Dodgers, the Yankees have collected such a plethora of high-level baseball athletes as to make it almost impossible for them to be beaten--but they are occasionally beaten anyway (e.g. the Yankees have played the pitiful Rays six times this season, and lost three of those games). The only way to ensure that the Yankees NEVER lost would be to rig the rules and steal the games they would otherwise lose. Deep State/Dems, same.
