Here is why I oppose this, Az Joe:

Their first act was to break the law in this country regardless of the age they came here because they have been immersed in lawless "family" situations and environments.

The age of 15 in these countries they came from is no barrier or impediment to illegal and violent behavior in their life as we have seen. Ten year olds who came into this country five years ago can and have been involved in violent (including murder) illegal, gang, and drug activity even if they are 18-21 years old now and enlist today. This is a fact.

I believe it has been a deliberate effort by the Left to sabotage the military, make it so woke that white, heterosexual men have been reluctant to enlist. In other words, they have deliberately fostered this "enlistment crisis" in order to get legislation like this passed as another "pathway to citizenship". I do not support any legislation or action that rewards them for their perfidy, as this would absolutely do.

I have far less of an issue, if any issue at all for young non-citizen in this country LEGALLY under a work visa or a green card being invited to join the military as an enlistee.

That "LEGALLY" does NOT include ANYONE who came over during the Biden administration and got any VARIANT of "LEGAL" status from Amnesty to anything else. Not a single one, because not a single one of those people were vetted.

This is not racial. It is wholly the aspect of lawlessness.

I don't care if they came in from Eastern Europe, Venezuela, Canada, Guatemala, Peru, or China.

Most especially not China.

In the case of China, not only because they are lawless if they are here illegaly, but because that makes them wholly untrustworthy if they came here from Communist China in any way other than fully legally and above the board. Even the ones who are here above the board "legally" with a green card or a work visa should NOT be allowed into the military (or any military related industry or university where research and development takes place) for any reason, especially if they are here for any reason OTHER than full Amnesty, with documented persecution by the government.

If they are given "permission" by the CCP to study or work in America, they may be very nice people to socialize with but I view them as wholly untrustworthy because they have the sanction of the CCP to be in America.

And we are stupid and foolhardy if we think that does not come with strings attached. Communist China (The CCP) means to do harm to our country. We have been at war with them for decades, but it has been a one-way war, we have not been fighting back.

And I forgot to mention, because the execrable POS Tammy Duckworth is a proponent of this legislation and touts it as “Bipartisan” means it is anything but. The fact that this plug for it is found in the “National Immigration Forum” only reinforces the fact that it should not be considered.

She supports lawlessness besides being a Leftist, and has violated the oath that she took upon entering the military. I have no appreciation or consideration of her service because she acts wholly in contradiction to the Constitution of the United States and supports this widespread attack on the Constitution for her own party’s political goals. In my eyes, she has repudiated her military service because of this.

I view her as a domestic enemy of the United States.
