Someone should steal his smartphone and see who his blackmailers are.

Like when the Blues Brothers talked to the agent Maury Sline
in the steam room. Convinced him to go along.

Wasn’t Trump supposed to be the one who defies the courts? Now watch as district court judges ignore a ruling made by a higher court.

lower court likely lacked jurisdiction to interfere with the executive branch’s personnel and funding decisions

and employees must use the administrative personnel dispute process to fight about being fired

Fwiw, Tucker Carlson’s father was once the head of VOA as well as the CEO of The Corporation for Public Broadcasting . Both which are now getting the axe.

Dick Carlson led a interesting life.

Who is Dick Carlson?

America’s Untold Stories did a episode about him.

It is NOT a massive blow. Get the USSC to rule then we can talk.

Time for Congress to eliminate the Judiciary budget for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

Heck, eliminate the entire District.

The court noted that the lower court likely lacked jurisdiction...

One wonders what it would have taken for the court to acknowledge, "...it appears clear the lower court lacked jurisdiction."

Yes.

Updated to hoping for a favorable SCOTUS decision against the district judges:
“Roberts, we need this decision. We’re on a mission for Pope Trump.”

A few of these judges can see that they don’t want to sabotage the judicial system’s credibility as the legacy media has.
But, I think the credibility of the legal system has been significantly diminished.
