MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) should be BANNED from ALL foods. That stuff can really mess up one's sleep and probably other brain issues as well.

Any chips such as flaming hot Cheetos or Doritos contain MSG along with many other dry snacks. AVOID !!!

In Florida they sell little plastic balls of the Florida snowman with only coal and carrot on the bottom of liquid.

Sort of the snacks and foods that will be sold if all the RFK Jr. restrictions eliminate ingredients.

People act like it's literal poison, but it's just sodium added to glutamic acid, which is naturally found in a lot of foods, such as tomatoes and cheese.
