What has taken them so long? At the rate of speed that they move, we could be in the 2028 election cycle.

When Federal judges outnumber 2:1 the Executive and Legislative Branches combined....

We are living in a kritocracy.

They have the means to stop this TANTRUM by the activist judiciary implanted by zero...

...but I question whether they have the cajones.

Why is it that when the GOP has the majority in both houses we get a do nothing congress.

“...but I question whether they have the cajones.”

We know they lack courage, but I think the bigger problem is their donors cause them to lack the will.

As I’ve noted many times before, Trump can declare that we have been invaded, announce the suspension of habeas corpus and none of this applies. To minimize the bad PR from doing that, Trump can make the announcement when the deportees are loaded on the plane on the runway, and then revoke it when they arrive at the destination country, and repeat as many times as necessary. Not even SCOTUS can stop that.

Because they do not want to upset the banquet table of grift that is modern government. They are truly more comfortable as junior assistants to the Democrats.

If Congress has the authority to establish courts it certainly has the authority to de-establish courts.

What has taken them so long?

Look at their leadership. Mike Johnson sets the agenda - it either gets voted on or not, depending on his will.

Oh - my bad.

The bill, now before the Senate Judiciary Committee, basically bars U.S. district courts from issuing injunctive relief orders unless they apply to specific parties bringing a complaint.

So whomever sits as chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee has the ball.

While that is true, there are 200+ plus who can help him change his mind, are there not?

When the 2020 election was stolen, the courts, including the Supreme Court, found every excuse to ignore it.

Now, they bend over backwards to find any semblance of a basis to stop our elected president.

Long train of abuses.

The GOP always waits until they lose their majority and then they tell us that they can’t do anything until they have the majority.

Been there done that, GOP.
