You should not have any sort of government funded scholarship that is based on race, sex or religion.

Just the way it is.

Of course I am not sure we should have government funded scholarships of any sort but that is another matter.

Govt must not give preferential treatment to any race over any other race. No more casinos for indians. No more minority low interest business loans, hiring quotas, affirmative action, etc, for blacks.
