Criminal carrying a second gun is VERY rare. Last time I heard of that is when a pharmacist in Shelbyville, TN back around 1997-1999 I knew personally had that happen to him. He took the first one away from perp and the punk pulled a second one. Danny got that one too, but I think he was wounded in the process.
