True “free trade” (if there’s a definition outside leftist definitions) requires free markets. Any kind of “social market”, never mind Red China’s communist system, is not a free market.
I’m not sure FR MAGA realizes that Trump’s dream of Zero Tariff is radical and is the ultimate free trade regime ever devised.
Their only hope is to decry low wages and the like. By their standards there should be Zero Trade since any import that hinders a US product is ipso facto because of some unfair advantage that must be remedied by a tariff.
