War and Peace: Trump to Talk With Putin on Tuesday in Hopes of Ukraine Deal, Dividing ‘Land, Power Plants’
Breitbart ^

President Donald Trump confirmed that he is set to hold Ukraine war peace talks with Russia’s President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday this week, saying land and power plants are among the items on the agenda for how a post-war Ukraine will look.

Negotiations over the future of the Ukraine War have been continuing behind closed doors between the United States of America and the Russian Federation, President Trump said, as he revealed that leader talks are scheduled for Tuesday.

President Trump greeted journalists aboard Air Force One as he flew from Florida to Washington D.C. late Sunday night and opened with thoughts on the Ukraine War before taking questions. Summarising the advances in communications with Russia in recent days — which, until weeks ago, the two countries had been out of contact for years, following the Biden Presidency’s freeze in response to Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine — President Trump remarked: “We learned a lot, we’re doing pretty well I think with Russia. We’ll see if we have something to announce maybe, by Tuesday.”

Confirming that a personal discussion with President Putin is going ahead this week, as earlier briefed, President Trump continued: “I’ll be speaking to President Putin on Tuesday, a lot of work has been done over the weekend. We want to see if we can bring that war to an end. Maybe we can, maybe we can’t, but I think we have a very good chance.”

President Trump also offered some specifics of what he anticipated in the discussion, saying there were ongoing talks on “dividing up certain assets”, with “a lot of it already discussed very much by both sides, Ukraine and Russia”.

Nuclear reactors like Chernobyl and underground weapons factories.

Ukraine is full of old, Soviet era junk.

The simplest solution is that Ukraine gives back all the land they have taken in Russia and Russia gives back all the land they have taken in Ukraine.

Not going to happen because the Ukraine, and by that I mean Zelensky, cannot be trusted.

Neither can NATO and neither can the Globalist EU.

They will continue to push to have the Ukraine join NATO and that is one of the main causes for this war, the continued breaking of promises by NATO to NOT move to the east.

I saw “ dividing land”……I thought everyone agreed the failed nation of Ukraine was going to be divided to its past ownership….Poland, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia and Russia….oh well, but it still is the only way to insure a lasting Peace.

i wish Trump success. This war needs to end.
After russia clears Kursk a ceasefire may be possible.
I think Trump could get russia to give up claims on annexed but not captured territory.Russia isn’t giving any captured territory back-nor should they. Normalizing relations and ending sanctions could get them on board...
No more US dollars for ukes!

Your words have changed from “historical” to “past” thus acknowledging that part of Russia once belonged to Ukraine.

As a Ukrainian, this Russia/USA talks without Ukraine being involved is so wrong. My grandfather, his brothers & father came to the US in to be coal miners in PA before 1909. My grandmother & several sisters-in-law came in 1909. My great grandmother died in the Ukraine at 103 still fighting the Communists.
Why would the US ever let Putin who started this war, ever have any say in what happens to Ukraine? I love Pres Trump but can’t believe this is the course he’s taking.

God please protect the people of Ukraine.

President Trump is keenly aware of nearly 6,000 nuclear weapons being in the possession of Putin and his posse, so he is inclined to find a way to ratchet down the tempo.

The Ukes showed their ass. Have you ever heard that phrase?

If the Ukes showed their ass in the White House, do you think they might do the same thing in a meeting with Russia?

To quote President Trump: “You don’t have the cards.”

Putin, has at least 6,000 cards.

German tanks in Russia, Kursk, isn’t a good look, seeing how the largest tank battle of WWII was fought there...
