While the EPA change represents Un enforcement
by the federal government, it does not mean the states can not still enforce state laws that may exist as a result of the federal regulations.

Isn’t it amazing that California wants to micromanage pollution when it comes to companies which directly controls people choices and lives but refuses to clean up homeless camps which have no facilities. The waste just flows into waterways case pollution and illness……. oh killing fish! I thought all fish were precious?

Among the 31 items up for reconsideration is the EPA's long-held conclusion that carbon dioxide emissions endanger human health and welfare, formally known as the "endangerment finding" established in 2009.

16 years is "long held"?

Furthermore, how is something every animal on the planet produces through breathing "endangering anything? Carbon dioxide is what plants require to live, and we are near the lower limits now on atmospheric CO2 concentrations for healthy plants.
