I know a lot of people who would love to volunteer to do the surgery for him.
I doubt that he realizes he will be sore for the rest of his life. The hole they create will close up naturally unless it is constantly re-injured. He will have a gaping wound the rest of his life.

What is the underlying incurable endocrine defect? CAH, NCCAH, Klinefelters, Swyer’s, Hermaphrodite? I’m presuming this person is born male, so that rules out Turner’s Syndrome and PCOS. Any scans to look for tumors on the adrenal glands?

I am SICK AND TIRED of people claiming to be trans when they are not! My kid is one of the .01% and these pretenders have made life HELL. Gender Dysphoria is not something they would want anyone to experience; it’s lonely, confusing, and comes with all sorts of stupidly uninformed prejudgements by people who don’t know SQUAT about what the .01% actually go through.
Drag queens are not trans. Cross-dressers are not trans. Special snowflakes are not trans. It’s like suddenly everyone claims to have a rare form of cancer; NO YOU DON’T.
FYI, there is NEVER a valid medical reason to transition a child, EVER.

Maybe the judge is forcing “gender affirming surgery” as trans health care for this one.

I will volunteer to assist the surgery. I am a retired pharmacists and as such can assure a totally painless surgery as I know drugs. My skills as a surgeon are limited to cleaning of animals I have shot for game and meat.
If he’s hoping for reassignment to a women’s prison he should reconsider. My experience has been that female prisoners are less violent, but make up for it in psychological cruelty and meanness.
