He was on a Skype call? Using government property on government time?
He may as well have been broadcasting on tv. Everything he and everyone on the call said is now recorded with video for posterity. The recordings are government property and can be used as evidence.
James E. Dennehy, the assistant director in charge of the FBI’s New York field office, reportedly told staff in an email that they’re in the midst of a “battle” as the Trump administration carries out a purge of the agents who investigated the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection.
“Today, we find ourselves in the middle of a battle of our own, as good people are being walked out of the F.B.I. and others are being targeted because they did their jobs in accordance with the law and F.B.I. policy,” Dennehy wrote in the email according to The New York Times, which was first to report the news Sunday.

The email story was first from The NY Times and is now out everywhere.
The email does not say “we are the resistance,” “don’t do what Trump says”.
It does say that we are in a battle and it is time to dig in.
I think the FBI missed the deadline.
The NY FBI office should be closed and everyone in the building should have their access and security clearances revoked.
Then it is interrogation time one manager at a time—I hear Gitmo has good weather this time of year.

If that Skype conversation did happen, I trust Bondi has made a demand of the NSA for the complete Internet record thereof, along with possibly-related conversations before, after, and similarly, with any others present on that Skype conversation.
That probably means going back to November 5, 2024 for everyone with whom Dennehy communicated throughout that period. Start there and follow all good leads with a 250-agent team, more as necessary.
It takes longer than 90 minutes to actually destroy evidence. Anything that could be destroyed in that time can most likely be reconstructed or is available from other sources.
