My only question is how long before we would have hearings where the judges are forced to justify their actions? A month? 6 months? Next Congress?

Go for it! Now, strike while the iron is hot. Do not fear, God is with you.

I find this hard to believe. There’s enough feckless RINO’s there to put a stop to all this. Just the thoughts of all Republican coming together to help fight corruption is pure fantasy.
But then again who knows. Trump is getting his picks confirmed by the Senate, he’s getting places like Venezuela to take back their criminals and he’s getting the Panama Canal back. Maybe the RINO’s might wise up and realize going against the tide will hurt them.

Assuming RINOs don’t tank the impeachments, then it’s on to the Senate, where they will fail at trial. However, the process may cause some of these rats to cool their jets.

House Reps need to stick together on this and vote out articles for a few of these rogue judges. The chance of conviction in the senate is zero but the House needs to do its job.

Never gonna happen. Pubbies have no spine. We all know that.

Then hearings on the impeachment where the judges have to explain their jurisdiction and reasoning on the record for all to see, cross examined by high caliber really smart lawyers.

We the People need to put a lot more pressure on Congress to impeach bad judges.Congress should have a comittee that only looks at bad judges and refers the worst to the whole for impeachment.

President Trump is kicking them in the rear end—that is what makes them move forward.

Several House Republicans are preparing articles of impeachment against the federal judges who are blocking some of President Donald Trump's and Elon Musk's key policies. This is the way.

The impeachments can be repeated in the next Congress and can be made a campaign issue. Impeachment is a political process not judicial. Senators can be required to state how they will vote on removal of the lawless usurping judges.

I understand that. What I don't understand, but am more than grateful for, is the support we're seeing from other members of the GOP. If they keep it up, I may even start donating to the GOP again!

they may not get removal
but at least they could get some hearings
where the judge can be put in the spotlight and made justify their rulings
leftist legacy media will ignore of course
but at least these judges would get some pushback
all these judges are doing is trying to stall so the left can get some footing
right now they are back on their heels

It’s not certain that they have yet. IF impeachments actually happen, then it can be confirmed. Will they actually impeach? Or will it be a bunch of hearings with lots of scolding but no actual action? Will they find again that “sure, the judges broke the law, but they ‘didnt intend to’ and therefore no actual crime was committed” like happend with hillary? It remains to be seen

This may be for show. It will take months and fail in the Senate. If they were serious they would dissolve these courts. Simple majority in both houses. That could actually work.. if they were serious.
