The antics of Little X are something else in the Oval Office. Just like you would expect a young kid to act.

Legit. If they aren’t essential they shouldn’t be there.

I remember where an investigation found that a number of male workers were spending SEVEN HOURS a day looking at porn...federal workers.
So is 1 needed instead of 4?
I work at an investment bank and so if they want to pay to have a bunch of extra workers aroudn in case things get busy at times...and they do..that’s their business.
But if my department could probably work just fine with 1/3 of the workers, then the FED depts probably could do just fine with 1/10 or LESS.

I loved watching Elon being very serious explaining what he has been dinding with little X climbing all over him and Elon didn’t miss a beat.

If they aren’t essential they shouldn’t be there.Except for immigration and public safety, many of the jobs are not "essential" and they can "work from home". So Musk needs to keep 20% of the employees and get rid of the rest.

I can’t until they get to Defense. Yes, it’s a vital department. Yes, there are a lot of good people there. But, my word, there is no much waste and mismanagement. Musk will have a field day.

President Trump is still not citing Article I Section 9 Clause 7:
No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.
That's all he needs to say to these judges that are trying to block him from looking at the payments.

The Democrats are in the pathetic position of trying to defend government corruption and the exploitation of the American working man and woman by parasitic bureaucrats.
The Democrats have not been in such a pathetic position since they were defending slavery.

If Congress does not like this they are free to draft a law which recreates agencies disbanded by this order. That will give them the chance to justify the agencies’ existence and essential functions to the people and the president. It also means the authority given to any such agency must be very clear with no chance of Congress’ intent being mistaken. Oh and of course they have to show how this will be paid for.

I think a lot of congress types are nervous about who knows what about who.
DC must be crawling with rumor, gossip and all sorts of intrigue.
