Yep, this is an executive branch issue, separation of powers, she has no authority whatsoever.

So the President of the US cannot have access to information in one of his departments?

It should be pretty simple. Either there is an act of Congress that explicitly prohibits access, or there isn’t.

This judge was appointed by Clinton.
Hillary probably threatened her with Arkancide.
To: MinorityRepublican
It's not Elon Musk
per se that is accessing those records - it's him AS THE REPRESENTATIVE of Donald J. Trump, who holds ALL executive power in our Constitutional structure.
Maybe what's needed is to make the DOGE boys deputy US Marshals.

It’s not the millions Coleen’s worried about. It’s the HRC’s in immediate danger she’s trying to protect.

"We don't take it as a given that two individuals by themselves, without outside assistance, will manage the supposed task of rooting out fraud, waste, and abuse in a system that handles over a billion payments a year, and trillions and trillions of dollars of payments," he said. That is intellectually incoherent. They can't access all the data but they have to be prevented from accessing the data? This argument basically wants us to believe that the Executive Branch can never audit anything the Executive branch does because it would put privacy data at risk.

Yes, because if she issues an injunction it stops the process from moving forward. Rather then let the Alt Left stop everything by Court order you immediately take it away form their tame DC Judge to a higher court

It’s cute that they think they’re not ALREADY caught.
This info wouldn’t have been released until ALL the data had been captured and safely stashed away.
