In what organization can one just change the title on a website and declare it legally done?
In my former company, positions had to be approved by several layers of management before being added to an organization chart. That position had to have roles and responsibilities defined, selection criteria documented, pay scale assigned, number of direct reports approved, and so on.
Once approved, nobody was allowed to make ad hoc changes to get around management requirements, nor would a simple change on a website be considered a legitimate reorganization of the position.
But I guess that's why President Trump is doing this. People in these current jobs have no idea how the real world operates.
