There’s slow poisons, fomenting internecine strife so they kill each other, and there are ways of causing heart attacks, either chemically or by means of specially focused strikes to the chest, or to the center of the cranium if you want to make a stroke happen. My late sensei/brother-in-law taught me of these strikes, but I’ve never actually used them on anyone, so I don’t know if I got the hang of it, though I have practiced for years.
