U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon on Tuesday blocked the release of a special counsel’s final report into President-elect Donald Trump, pending a decision by an appeals court. The order bars special counsel Jack Smith and the Department of Justice (DOJ) from releasing the report until the 11th US Circuit Court of Appeals reviews a motion submitted by Trump’s co-defendants.
“Pending resolution of the Emergency Motion filed in the Eleventh Circuit ... Attorney General Garland, the Department of Justice, Special Counsel Smith, all of their officers, agents, and employees, and all persons acting in active concert or participation with such individuals are temporarily enjoined” from releasing or transmitting the final report, Cannon’s order stated.
This week, Trump co-defendants Walt Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira asked Cannon to prevent the release of Smith’s report in the classified documents case, which accused Trump of illegally retaining sensitive materials after leaving office.
Smith also accused Nauta and De Oliveira of obstruction-related crimes. Trump and the two men have pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The release of Smith’s report, the pair argued to Cannon in court filings this week, “would directly infringe on Nauta’s and De Oliveira’s Fifth Amendment due process rights, taking on the status of a public form of an invalid new indictment, replete with unfairly prejudicial assertions of alleged offenses going well beyond any assertions in the indictment and other public filings.”

Seems like I have read here that if President Trumps accounting had called the non-disclosure payment entries “business expenses” instead of “legal expenses” he STILL could have been accused of breaking a different, book keeping law, on e that also was statue-limited out. True?

Smith’s report will be more of the same. I say release it, because it will quickly be seen as BS
the DOJ will never identify what documents Trump was holding (because there never were any, or they would be damaging to the Democrats), nor will they enter a discussion of a President’s right to his own records, so this “report” will be a lot of vague, emotive, legalistic language, full of nonsense and designed for some short-term MSM headlines.
I would let the world see his pathetic “report.”

The content of the new House report on the Jan. 6th pipe bomber is shocking.
The FBI tracked phone data & narrowed the suspects down to 186 phone numbers… and then down to 1 phone number… And then the FBI suddenly stopped the case. Just, ended it.
WHY? Who is that one person that they didn’t want to reveal???
The FBI agent in charge (Steven D’Antuano) then told Congress that the phone data from a major telecom company was corrupted. But the telecom company says the data was NOT corrupted. Uhh… The FBI lied? To cover up?
Now the FBI and other agencies are stonewalling Congress over WHY this investigation into what we’re told is the biggest domestic terror attack attempt in recent history just… stopped.
Oh, and the two people who “found” the “pipe bombs” on Jan 6 we’re a “woman carrying a basket of laundry” who is actually a swamp creature who works for an intel-connected org where she works on “disinformation.” LOL. And the other “bomb” was found by a plainclothes fed.
Both “bombs” sat in plain sight undetected for 15+ hours until both were found independently within 15 mins of each other also within 15 mins of the first breach of the Capitol.
And the frame rate of the one video the FBI released of the pipe bomber—which came from the DNC—was 1.2fps which is lower than any security camera on the market by 8x?? Which implies that the video was tampered with? By whom? What’s on the frames that were removed from the publicly released tape??
The implications of this are enormous.
We are closer than we’ve ever been before in totally exposing the totality of what an absolute, evil hoax J6 was.
Don’t lose steam now. Raise your voice. Get this over the finish line. Expose it ALL so everyone can see we aren’t crazy conspiracy theorists, that the Feds actually staged J6 to demonize MAGA after Biden & his ilk rigged the election.
The first thing needed from the new FBI director is an investigation into the investigators.

She isn’t allowing him to slander Trump with lies and innuendo. She has already ruled that he is not a prosecutor.
He has no right to even access that material anymore.
Trump will strip his security clearance on day one also.
