It dont get the wagging part. A couple of clueless young urban women or what?
They are in the public eye, veterans and exercising.
I know a young man who is a bit scrawny that is wearing a weighted vest just to increase the difficulty rating of his exercise.
It doesnt do anything else, its just heavy.
Might as well get plates, maybe a day pack. If youre trying to “make it worth the effort” then you might as well make it worth the money too.
