They should toss all the votes from that district.
Maybe that would motivate the citizens to choose better election officials.
They have been stealing Minnesota the last few cycles

Minnesota is 100% ran by democrat’s.. who just overhauled our state election system and this is a state house seat.

If it is found as a fact (and the usual standard is “more probable than not”) that more ballots were discarded than the margin between the candidates, the election should be nullified and a new election mandated. With strict controls and observance by both contestants.
I thought they were to keep the ballots, no matter whether they were counted or not. Why would they throw them away?
