I saw a clip of some woman sobbing uncontrollably. Gasping for air, she said “I’ll be OK. I’m white. But some of my friends are black! I have no idea what’s going to happen to them!!”

I’m wondering — does she think Trump wants to scoop up all of the African Americans, put them in chains, and send them out into the fields to pick cotton?

He was immediately raging. “NO I’M NOT VOTING FOR TRUMP, THAT GUY IS CRAZY!” Dude, look at yourself, was what I wanted to say.

Unfortunately for the Left, their mass media is failing to convince an increasing percentage of the American population of their propaganda. Until this decade, the main conservative dissent media was talk radio. The rise of podcasts and alt-right media has changed the playing field. The decision by Elon Musk to purchase Twitter was a game changer. Until that time, Big Tech had colluded with the Deep State to deplatform or bury conservative dissent. With Twitter/X no longer "curating" dissent, the attempt to monopolize the market for ideas failed. Several long time conservative figures who came to prominence through Fox or talk radio like Tucker Carlson abandoned the older media where they were partially censored for podcasting. Carlson and others like Joe Rogan developed audiences that eclipsed talk radio and many of the stalwarts of that field also had podcasts.

The media landscape changed in this decade and the old line TV networks, the "prestige" press, and the entertainment industry were swamped.
