A Woman is being prosecuted for burning down a building that was slated to be an abortion clinic- Her lawyers should be fightign the case by saying as a pundit did today “It wasn’t an abortion clinic yet, it was not built yet, and was just a ‘clump of bricks’- so she can’t be charged with anything because it wasn’t a building yet-

The gov’s side argues that “It was going to be an abortion clinic, therefore she is guilty of attacking a federally protected building”

Then Her lawyers should argue that IF they are going to call the unfinished building an abortion clinic, then by all rights, courts MUST call unborn fetus’ ‘humans’ with all the protection of every human being!
