I recently listened to a podcast from Eric Prince, founder of the private military company, Blackwater.
He said in 2017, when UN “peacekeepers” departed, and Haiti began its latest cycle of collapse and gang war - he proposed to Trump that the US simply pay to form a private mercenary army of 1000-1500 retired spec ops guys to pacify and rule the country.
The cost would have been in low $hundred millions vs. $multibillions for a DoD operation, and would have also prevented millions of illegals from leaving Haiti.
He said Trump was nearly convinced to do it - but was again “talked out” of it by permanent, deep-state snakes around him.
I thought Bill and Hill fixed Haiti
