I've been watching single mommas of color crying on the news over being flooded out in N'awlins for the third time in twelve years, losing everything, when they live in section 8 houses below sea level.....cuz it's government paid rents to the owners of the properties, and how can you move to better conditions when you have to live where the government subsidies force you to live? Then you're on the plantation.
My friends the solution is simple and it involves the government I’m sad to say. Trump needs to come up with a universal contract both sides have to sign establishing guarantees the solar companies have to honor. It will show he’s looking after the public and even the chumps who buy into it. Democrats will howl for the wrong reasons and get exposed. The green movement will have to prove it’s financial viablity.
It’s a put your money where your mouth is challenge. Government coercion needs to be confronted.
There are plenty of those residents here and ALL of them REFUSE to work FULL TIME in order to keep their S8 subsidies. NONE of them have a good rental history. Around here you can’t say “we don’t take S8” but there are other ways to disqualify them.
