I seriously doubt that the majority of the SCOTUS will touch this. They’re too afraid to follow the Constitution due to the fallout that would ensue if they did. Thus, they’ll betray their oath and the country first and foremost. Just my sense.

In supporting his interpretation of the term, Sibley invoked the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2022 Dobbs opinion as to “the proper path to follow to determine the meaning of a legal term-of-art”...Smart. Also smart not to go after the candidate and instead go after the election apparatus. Due diligence failure.
If blame for eligibility verification is placed on the political party you go after them.

I have always wondered how any American can be found with “lack of standing” in regards to fair and legal elections. I guess that’s why lawyers are the way they are.

but i fear the USSCt won’t follow the US Constitution in this matter just like it refuses to follow the US Constitution on so many other matters
the courts have created at least as much of today’s disrespect of the law as have the other branches of government
