(The Center Square) – The state of Florida is suing the Biden-Harris administration to obtain information on how many illegal foreign nationals convicted of violent crimes who served time in prison were released into the U.S. instead of being deported.
“Historically, when illegal aliens were brought to the U.S. to be prosecuted for their crimes, it was well understood that the aliens would be deported once they have served their sentence,” Florida’s lawsuit, filed by Attorney General Ashley Moody, states. “That was until the Biden-Harris Administration implemented their shockingly irresponsible immigration policy, pushing unknown numbers of dangerous criminals straight from federal prison into our communities and causing chaos, anarchy, and crime.”

Don’t sue. Mexico, where they came through, is a short flight. Ignore the judges and jojo the demented circus boy. Yeah, I know what that would mean.
Not all are from Mexico. Any violent illegal needs to be incarcerated and then charge the country for his incarnation.
If they don’t pay, use tariffs or a percentage of any funds wired home. Make the country of origin responsible not our tax paying citizens.
that’s why I put it as “came thru mexico”, Guats, madurans, etc. are allowed transit.
How about the more than 300,000 that have been flown directly to the interior of the US by the Biden administration from Haiti, Venezuela, Cuba and one other country.
More than 100,000 of them are from Venezuela. The program was so full of corruption, both on the part of the American sponsors and the non-vetting of the people coming that it has been paused. It is not ended, just paused. The Dems are going to start it again, I wonder if any of the Venezuelan gangs who are terrifying people in Colorado and Chicago are part of that program.
You’re correct, my apologies.
No problem
