One of the reasons I never liked Rogan’s commentary... Anyone who could support a crackpot like RFK shouldn’t be commenting on politics. He’s also quite the coward. Rogan doesn’t want to get tagged for supporting Trump or Harris, it’s a limp-wristed wimp’s move. So... GFY Joey.
With Trump running around the UFC and it's owner speaking at the RNC, this is probably creating some calls.
He may have a lot of listeners, but he's just as dumb as a rock as far as I'm concerned.
Rogan is an entertainer first. He is making very serious bank right now. There is no way he is going to risk alienating half his audience over this, much less him or his family taking a bullet. He wins by stirring up controversy without taking a firm position.
Same with Jordan Peterson and Ben Shapiro over the 2020 election theft.

I enjoy Rogan’s podcasts, lots of interesting guests/topics on 2-3-4 hour interviews, explores all the details without judgment or getting in the guests’ way. His comedy special was just OK. He’s not a top tier comedian and it showed.
An endorsement is “taking a public stand” for a policitian with expectation that it would have some influence over an undecided. [X is cool, I like X, X says I should vote so-and-so, maybe I should at least give it a look]
This is a cowardly move. RFK Jr isn’t even on the ballot. What does an endorsement accomplish here? If he doesn’t like PDJT [which he kinda says about personality, but doesn’t explain for policy], don’t endorse anyone.
I agree this looks like it is a back-handed slap at PDJT. I don’t think Rogan would endorse the cackler under any circumstances. RJF Jr is a non-candidate. Endorsement is pointless except to the extent its used to say “Not even Rogan wants PDJT”, which was probably the intent. Cowardly.
He went down quite a few notches in my book.

If Rogan didn’t endorse Trump in 2016 or 2020, then it doesn’t matter if he endorses RFK, Jr. this time around either. Trump won in both 2016 and 2020.

Rogan is a liberal who just happens to be anti vax and when leftys started going after him he ran to conservatives to protect him. He’s never been a Trump guy so this isn’t surprising.

I just looked into it and it seems Rogan endorsed Bernie Sanders in 2020. So there’s that.
I didn’t see who he endorsed in 2016 but I don’t know what audience he had back then, if any.
